Our client, Great Hospitality (name changed) operates hotels. Hospitality industry is tough. It faces perishable inventory and short-term sales on one hand and increasing pressure on sales and increasing consumer power on the other. To keep up, our client requested us to create a tool that gives visibility into bookings.
